Alcohol Policy
The vega.rs website sells alcoholic beverages. By accessing the site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. The purchase of alcohol is prohibited for minors.
For any order containing alcoholic beverages, by confirming the order, the user affirms that they are 18 years of age or older.
Ordering
By confirming an order, you accept the Terms of Use of the system and the Privacy Policy. Once the order is confirmed, it is forwarded to the restaurant. You will receive an SMS with the restaurant’s response.
vega.rs is responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of the ordered food. Delivery terms are solely determined by the restaurant.
To ensure that your order is successfully processed, you must provide accurate and complete information at the time of ordering so that the restaurant can deliver the requested items.
vega.rs will take all measures to secure the data you provide, but under no circumstances will it be held liable for any unintentional or intentional damages (such as data loss) resulting from unauthorized access by third parties.
The limitation of liability applies to any damages related to orders. Each order is subject to changes due to product unavailability, delivery issues, price adjustments, selected delivery time, or the restaurant’s response (acceptance or rejection).
vega.rs will notify you via SMS if there are any changes regarding your order. The confirmation SMS will include order details, delivery time, and price. If the delivery time or price is not acceptable, you may cancel the order. Cancellations must be made within a few minutes of placing the order.
If vega.rs rejects your order, the SMS will indicate the reason for the rejection.
Prices and Payments
All product prices displayed on the website (vega.rs) and the mobile application correspond to the prices and offerings at the restaurant. If you choose delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of ordering.

You can pay for your order (depending on the restaurant) in cash or by credit card, either at the restaurant or to the delivery person upon delivery.
Accurate Description of Products and Delivery
By clicking on Menu, you will receive a complete description of all products available for online ordering, including their full price in Serbian dinars.
All products and services are described accurately and clearly, including quantity, ingredients, and specific characteristics (e.g., alcoholic beverages).

Delivery
The delivery time you select when placing an order is subject to change. If vega.rs cannot prepare your order at the specified time, you will be notified of the earliest possible time the order can be ready. All information regarding your order will be sent to you via SMS.
If you choose delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of ordering.
The responsibility of vega.rs or the delivery person engaged by the restaurant is to deliver your order within the specified time. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact vega.rs. Even if the delivery is delayed, the order will still be charged. If vega.rs cannot deliver the order due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for the delay.
If vega.rs is unable to complete the delivery at the specified time, your order will be rejected, and you will be notified of the reason for the rejection via SMS.
Complaints Policy
This Rulebook regulates the rights and obligations of users of the food ordering services through the website vega.rs, regarding the procedure for submitting and resolving complaints, particularly in cases of online order payments made by payment cards.
The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding a service or product if the delivery has not been completed, if the delivery is incomplete or incorrect, if the product does not match the description/order, or in cases of billing errors or double charges.
The customer may submit a complaint in writing via email to dusan.ivkovic@pekara-vega.rs, by phone at +381 69 710 110, or by completing the complaint form available on the website. A complaint may be submitted no later than within 24 hours from the occurrence of the reason for the complaint. The complaint must include the following information: full name, contact details, order number, date and description of the complaint, as well as any supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc., if available).
If you experience any issues when ordering through the website or mobile application, or if you are not receiving messages, please contact vega.rs. Every complaint will be addressed within 24 hours. The procedure for canceling your order is described in detail in the Order Cancellation section.
If you have placed an order online, please check your order in the presence of the delivery person upon receipt. If there are visible damages (torn parts or crushing), you should not accept the order. In this case, please call us at +381 69 710 110. We will inform you of the next steps within 24 hours.
If you receive your order but, upon opening it, find that the delivered items do not match what was ordered or that the invoice information is incorrect, please contact vega.rs within 24 hours after receiving the order.
In the case of returning an order, if the user has previously paid the courier (cash on delivery), the cost of returning the order will not be borne by vega.rs, but will be the responsibility of the user.
vega.rs is obliged to confirm the receipt of the complaint without delay, and no later than within 24 hours from its receipt, via email or phone. Complaints shall be resolved no later than within 24 hours from the time of receipt, except in the case of more complex complaints, in which vega.rs is required to inform the User about the extension of the resolution period and the reason for the extension.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, vega.rs is obliged to either replace the product/service, issue a refund (if the transaction was made via online payment card, the refund will be processed exclusively through the same payment card), or offer another solution in agreement with the User.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, for example, if the delivery time differs from what you expected or the address you entered is incorrect, you must do so within a few minutes of placing the order.
You can cancel your order by sending an SMS to the number from which you received the order confirmation. The SMS should contain the following information:
Cancel 1234
In this example, “1234” is the order number that vega.rs sent you via SMS when notifying you that your order was accepted. If you send the SMS in time, you will receive a confirmation message that your order has been canceled.
If too much time has passed andvega.rs has already started processing your order, it cannot be canceled.
You will be notified via SMS whether the restaurant has accepted the order cancellation or not. If vega.rs does not accept the cancellation, your order will be delivered, and you will be required to pay for it. vega.rs may reject an order if it cannot be fulfilled for any reason (e.g., the restaurant is too busy or does not deliver to your city or area). In this case, you will receive an SMS explaining the reason for the rejection.
Right to Withdraw from an Order
Users have the right to cancel their order before food preparation begins.
If the order is already being prepared or has been delivered, cancellation and refunds are not possible, as the products are perishable and prepared according to the individual user’s request.
If a user wishes to cancel an order, they must do so immediately after placing the order by contacting vega.rs via phone or email.
vega.rs is committed to reviewing every legitimate situation in favor of the user and resolving any potential misunderstandings to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

vega.rs takes user complaints very seriously, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
